Eligibility for Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We are committed to ensuring that all products delivered meet the quality and functionality standards promised at the time of purchase. However, in the unlikely event that a product is received in a defective, damaged, or incomplete condition due to a fault attributable to us, you may request a return, exchange, or refund, subject to the following conditions:
The request must be made strictly within seven (7) days from the date of delivery of the product.
The product must be in acceptable/ reasonably good condition, not subjected to misuse or abnormal wear and tear and must be returned with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
The issue must be substantiated with appropriate documentation, including clear photographs or videos evidencing the defect, damage, or missing components.
Process for Resolution
Upon receipt of your return or refund request, we shall conduct a preliminary assessment to verify whether the defect or deficiency is genuine and attributable to our error.
If the defect or issue is minor and can be remedied by the replacement of a part, we shall first attempt to provide the replacement part(s) free of cost.
If the specific part is not available, or if the product as a whole is deemed non-functional or irreparable due to a fault on our part, we may at our discretion provide a full replacement of the product.
If neither repair nor replacement is feasible, we shall initiate a full refund, which will be credited to your original method of payment within ten (10) working days from the date the return is approved.
Non-Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
You shall not be entitled to any refund, replacement, or exchange under the following circumstances:
The product has been subjected to misuse, improper handling, or negligent maintenance, resulting in damage or malfunction.
The product shows signs of excessive wear and tear, physical damage, or alteration that exceeds normal use for inspection or assembly.
The issue is reported after the expiry of seven (7) days from the date of delivery.
The defect or damage is not attributable to us or is due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to accidents, unauthorized modifications, exposure to harsh environments, or failure to follow usage guidelines.
The request is based solely on change of preference, buyer’s remorse, or dissatisfaction without any identifiable manufacturing defect or delivery issue.
Our decision on the eligibility of a refund, replacement, or exchange shall be made solely at our discretion and shall be final and binding.
Shipping and Return Logistics
(In cases where the return is approved and the defect is attributed to our error, we shall bear all return shipping and reverse logistics costs.
In all other cases, including non-eligible returns, the Customer shall be responsible for all associated shipping and handling charges.
